Make plans for the day and build routines

Try to break up long periods of sitting up and moving for at least five minutes every hour. You can wear your favorite tunes and have a dance, or walk up and down stairs.

Eat well and stay hydrated
While I was tempted to just snack throughout the day (the biscuit tin is * right * on the kitchen table), eat well affect you in a positive way and if you are preparing food early in the week, it will be easier to stay on track.
